Our Service Policies

Clear and transparent policies for a great learning experience

Lesson Bookings

  • All lessons must be booked in blocks of 4 weeks (minimum).
  • Tutor slots are reserved only after payment confirmation.

Missed Lessons & Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule due to an emergency, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only provided for unused lessons within the booked 4-week block.
  • Once a lesson is attended (in-person or online), it is considered used and non-refundable.
  • All refund requests must be made in writing and will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Discounts

  • We offer discounts for booking multiple sessions or sibling packages.
  • All discounts are subject to approval and must be discussed before booking.

Free Trial Lesson

  • We offer one free trial lesson per new student to assess their needs and learning style.
  • After the trial lesson, students are expected to book a minimum 4-week package to continue.
