Our Service Policies

Clear and transparent policies for a great learning experience

Lesson Bookings

All lessons must be booked in blocks of 4 weeks (minimum).
Tutor slots are reserved only after payment confirmation.

Missed Lessons & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule due to an emergency, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided for unused lessons within the booked 4-week block.
Once a lesson is attended (in-person or online), it is considered used and non-refundable.
All refund requests must be made in writing and will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Discounts

We offer discounts for booking multiple sessions or sibling packages.
All discounts are subject to approval and must be discussed before booking.

Free Trial Lesson

We offer one free trial lesson per new student to assess their needs and learning style.
After the trial lesson, students are expected to book a minimum 4-week package to continue.
